Backorders
CentralPack.com ships all backorders that are able to be filled within 3 working days. If a backorder is not going to ship within 3 working days of the original order, CentralPack.com will contact the customer for the customer's direction. The customer will be offered to continue the backorder or to cancel the backorder.

Returns
To return product, the customer needs fax a copy of the packing slip with the reason for the return to (847) 588-2516. The request will be reviewed and assigned a RTA number so that the customer can return the product and receive either credit or a refund. Used product cannot be returned. If the product was ordered in error, credit will not be issued for the shipping and handling charges, additionally it is the customer’s responsibility to return product before credit is issued. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

Due to limited in-stock inventory levels, Luxe Luster colored mailers may be returned with a 50% restocking fee.

Custom, discounted, volume priced, printed and speciality goods may not be returned.

Damage / Shorts / Defective
All claims of Damage, Shortage, or Defective goods must be made within 48 hours of receipt.
